MEET THE CHEF
The kitchen team is led by Head Chef Sam Wilkinson, who started his career at Marco Pierre White and then went on to work at Beamish Hall before coming to Ellison’s in the summer of 2022. He is a creative chef with a fine eye for detail, and a natural talent in developing dishes that are not only flavoursome but look spectacular.
The kitchen team are an experienced group of chefs who all excel in different areas and who thrive on the buzz of Ellison’s open kitchen. They are encouraged to be as adventurous and creative as they can be in the kitchen which results in the most amazing ‘special’ dishes on the menu.
